Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Returns & Refunds

At Seyaa, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of swimwear, we accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

Your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging are included.
The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear or use.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at seyaasupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item(s).

Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked shipping service and retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed. Seyaa is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

If your return is lost in transit, you will need to contact the shipping carrier you selected directly to file a claim or request an update.

Returns That Do Not Meet Our Policy

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, any item returned that shows signs of being worn, washed, damaged, altered, or is otherwise not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be disposed of without notice, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item, provided it meets our return conditions. This is the quickest way to receive your preferred size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Contact Us

If you have any questions regarding your return or refund, please contact our customer support team at seyaasupport@gmail.com. We're always happy to help.

Are any purchases final sale?

Any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all Final Sale items are considered non-returnable.

When will I get my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. During busy periods, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard delivery on all Burkini sets within England.

For orders outside of England, shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You'll always know the total shipping cost before placing your order.
